QuantFlow is partnering with an established proprietary trading firm that is opening its Amsterdam office. As one of the first hires in Amsterdam you get meaningful ownership over how the new operation takes shape. You work closely with the trading and technology teams, and you help set the long-term direction of the office.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain core trading infrastructure, focused on ultra low latency execution engines where microsecond optimizations matter
- Partner directly with quantitative traders to translate options pricing models into highly optimized, deterministic C++ code
- Build and scale high-throughput market data feed handlers processing millions of messages per second
- Own your code from design to production on high-performance Linux environments, profiling and benchmarking constantly
What they are looking for
- 4+ years of strong, production-grade C++ experience
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems programming, concurrency, multithreading, memory management and hardware-software interaction
- A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design; a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent practical experience
- Options trading or market making experience is a plus
