Ngā pūkenga matua | Important Skills We’re looking for a safety ‑ focused, self ‑ motivated Cable Jointer with strong technical capability and attention to quality. You will bring: Relevant Line Mechanic Registration and current Practising Licence National Certificate in Electricity Supply (Cable Jointer – High Voltage) Level 4 Sound knowledge of SMEI and Safe Practices for LV Electrical Work Detailed knowledge of LV/HV reticulation systems and HV operating and access permit procedures Experience installing HV primary equipment and associated cabling Strong planning, communication and problem ‑ solving skills Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment A commitment to Zero Harm, accurate documentation and safe work practices is essential.
