In this role, you will help lead the delivery of specialised oncology pharmacy services to a 35-chair day unit and 32 bed Oncology/haematology inpatient ward, supporting the safe and effective use of therapies through clinical review, aseptic compounding, dispensing and patient counselling. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes across all cancer care pathways. As an experienced Cancer Care Pharmacist, you will provide clinical support within the cancer care team contributing to high-quality, patient-centred at one of Australia’s leading private tertiary hospitals.
