Provide comprehensive primary healthcare: Partner with physicians to deliver personalized care by diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions to support long-term patient wellness. Deliver high-quality clinical assessments: Perform thorough patient examinations, interpret diagnostic studies, and create effective treatment plans to ensure the best possible health outcomes. Manage complex care journeys: Coordinate seamless treatment pathways by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and facilitating referrals to appropriate community resources. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration. Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.
