Career development officer

Mandatory Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of hard-core sales experience (industry background is flexible).
  

Excellent communication skills are mandatory – no compromise on communication quality.
Relocation is allowed. Candidates relocating will receive an additional ₹10,000 relocation allowance over and above the offered salary.
Salary credit date: 7th of every month.
Interview Process: 2 rounds ( Face to Face for local & for relocation can arrange virtual )
This is a highly target-oriented role. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Shift hours may extend by 1 to 1.5 hours, if required, in case daily targets are not achieved.
