Overview:

Satāya is representing a prominent luxury hotel group seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the opening team of a dedicated Mediterranean restaurant concept. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing culinary brigade delivering exceptional dining experiences within a luxury hospitality environment.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency, quality and attention to detail across both the restaurant and rooftop service. This role is ideal for a passionate chef looking to develop within a luxury operation that values craftsmanship, teamwork and career progression.

Scope of Role:

1) Section Management

• Take ownership of your designated kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain excellent mise en place, organisation and cleanliness throughout every service.
• Ensure consistency of quality, portioning and presentation while supporting smooth service across both restaurant and rooftop operations.

2) Culinary Excellence

• Prepare and cook dishes in line with established recipes and brand standards.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain consistency, quality and guest satisfaction.
• Support menu development through ideas, seasonal ingredients and continuous attention to detail.

3) Teamwork and Kitchen Standards

• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
• Support and mentor Commis Chefs and junior team members where required.
• Maintain strict adherence to HACCP procedures, food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory control and minimising food waste.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel, premium restaurant or comparable high-quality dining environment.
• Strong technical cooking skills with experience in Mediterranean cuisine. Greek cuisine experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to remain calm and focused during busy service periods.
• A positive team player who takes pride in producing consistently high standards.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety and kitchen best practices.
• EU passport or established right to work within the EU is a firm requirement.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume service is highly desirable.
