Chief of Staff — Healthcare AI Infrastructure (Seed-Stage)

We're hiring a Chief of Staff for a seed-stage healthcare AI company. This is a high-trust generalist seat, not a traditional Chief of Staff role. The founders are looking for someone they can hand a lot to and trust it gets done. Specific background matters less than being genuinely AI-native, low-ego, and highly reliable.

What You'll Own

• A broad slice of company operations and people ops
• Operationalizing and coordinating partnerships; building out top-of-funnel on the health-system side
• Standing up internal automations and AI-enabling operations (Gumloop, Zapier, and similar tools)
• Whatever high-trust, miscellaneous work the founders need taken off their plate — handled reliably, end to end

What We're Looking For

• Genuinely AI-native — fluent with modern automation tools and quick to stand up internal workflows
• Somewhat technical — comfortable AI-enabling operations, even without building tools from scratch
• An organized operator who can coordinate partnerships and pipeline
• Reliable, low-ego, high follow-through
• Mission-driven about healthcare

Nice to Have

• Healthcare background
• Prior operational, chief-of-staff, or founder experience at a startup
• Consulting background
