As we scale our global operations, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead our engineering organization and drive our technical strategy forward.

The Opportunity

As CTO, you will report directly to the Group CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the technological future of our organization. You will build and scale a high-performing engineering team from an initial core of 6 engineers to a target of 30+ professionals. This is a rare opportunity to define the technical vision of a growing international tech company with strong backing and ambitious growth plans.

What You’ll Do

•Define and execute the company’s technology strategy, building high-performance, high-concurrency, and scalable Golang backend system architectures

• Establish and continuously improve software development, project management, and quality assurance processes along with technical standards

• Lead the design of Golang backend systems and distributed architectures, including microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure

• Build, manage, and develop the technical team, establishing talent pipelines and engineering culture

• Gain deep understanding of client needs and market trends to drive continuous technology innovation

• Manage, motivate, and develop the engineering team while coordinating cross-functional collaboration

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 10+ years in software development with 3+ years in technical leadership (CTO, Head of Engineering, R&D Director).
• Expert-level Golang proficiency with deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
• Proven experience in monolith-to-microservices migration and cloud-native architecture.
• Background in enterprise software, AI products, mobile apps, or large-scale internet platforms.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) with English as a working language.
• Startup mindset: Hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about building from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in tech outsourcing or ToB project delivery.
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI Agents.
• Game development background (Unity/Unreal).
• Kubernetes, Cloud Native, CI/CD, and DevOps expertise.
• Cross-border project management or European market experience.
