Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chinese massage therapist based in Hasselt. The therapist will perform a range of bodywork treatments, including Chinese massage and related techniques, tailored to individual client needs. Daily tasks include providing therapeutic sessions that support relaxation and stress reduction. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe treatment space, following hygiene and safety protocols, and documenting sessions as required. The therapist will build trusting client relationships, offer aftercare advice, and collaborate with colleagues to support the overall quality of services provided.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with an understanding of Chinese massage principles.
• Experience with Tuina or similar pressure-based techniques that support holistic wellness.
• Ability to support clients with Stress Management through appropriate bodywork and relaxation methods.
• Formal training or certification in massage therapy or traditional Chinese bodywork; relevant licenses as required by local regulations.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety, and ethical practice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, with reliability and punctuality.
• Basic proficiency in local languages (e.g., Dutch and/or English) to communicate clearly with clients is a plus.
