We are looking for practical BIM professionals who enjoy working on structural and infrastructure projects, and who can translate engineering designs into accurate, reliable 3D models.

You could be a good fit if you:

🔹 Speak Afrikaans and English well

🔹 Have a Diploma, BTech, Degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field

🔹 Have experience as a BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator / Structural Revit Modeller

🔹 Have strong Revit experience

🔹 Have experience with Navisworks and/or Solibri, which is a strong advantage

🔹 Understand IFC models, BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirements

🔹 Have a sound understanding of structural engineering principles

🔹 Can perform clash detection, quality checks and model coordination

🔹 Work well with engineers, project managers, construction teams and multidisciplinary project teams

🔹 Are motivated to work abroad and grow long-term in the Netherlands
