It is a Level II Trauma Center and has a Level III NICU, two intensive care units and an inpatient rehab. Hillcrest offers a range of medical specialties, including cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, and more, and has a strong commitment to providing community outreach and education. At this location, the clinical dietitians are able to cover multiple medical units and explore their clinical interests. Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or RD eligible At least one year of clinical experience preferred Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or able to obtain within 6 months of hire Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care. Conditions of employment include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
