What You'll Do Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a manageable caseload. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress. Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members. Work alongside executive leadership while developing the skills needed to become a Clinical Director. Gradually assume additional leadership responsibilities as you grow into the role. What We're Looking For Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training. Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills. A passion for mentoring others and developing leadership skills.
