Collection Tools & Automation Analyst

Primary Duties: Actively participate in OTC process design and improvements, implementation of collection strategies and dialer campaigns Identify, propose, and coordinate implementation of new tools/solutions helping to automatize OTC process Build partnership with the business in countries and regions to design and improve collection cycle effectiveness and translate business requirements into technical solutions that promote automation of processes Use analytics and metrics to improve OTC process and provide data-driven forecasts of potential benefits and risks of each new initiative. Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide OTC strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance. Support OTC Finance Analyst and Reporting team in continuous improvement of OTC reporting activities Provide consultancy and support to OTC management related to automation/AI tools and their usage Closely cooperate with OTC Finance Analyst, OTC SMEs, OTC managers and leads to identifying the needs for new process automation Job Requirements: University degree in business / IT / or adequate professional experience focusing on business and financial data analytics, process automation, etc. 3 years of experience in the respective fields (collections, dialer, process automation, PMO) OTC process end-to-end understanding in reasonable level Strong analytical skills, relevant experience with process automation tools/AI, Collection tools, data analysis, ability to work independently and in the team, being proactive Fluent in English, other EMEA language is an advantage Our salary and benefits The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €1830 - €2,750 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
