€150,000 Base Salary | 12-Month Contract | Relocation Support Available

The Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Commercial Director - Wholesale, for this luxury brand. This is an opportunity to lead wholesale across DACH and Benelux within a founder-led luxury business. Reporting into senior leadership, you will drive commercial growth, strengthen strategic partnerships and identify new Tier 0 opportunities while preserving the exclusivity of the brand. While the role is initially offered as a 12-month contract, the business takes a long-term approach to exceptional talent.

The Business

Most of the employees are based in Amsterdam with a few also working in the UK office. E-commerce generates approximately two thirds of sales and retail approximately one third. The business has further investment planned.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the wholesale business across DACH & Benelux.
• Drive sustainable commercial growth.
• Expand relationships with Tier 0 luxury retailers.
• Open new strategic wholesale accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements.
• Lead seasonal market appointments.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Leadership.
• Represent the brand internationally.

Ideal Profile

• You will bring experience of building a luxury wholesale business across DACH and Benelux
• You will be a hands-on commercial leader with strong execution skills, business development expertise and an existing Tier 0 wholesale network.
• You wil be entrepreneurial, relationship-led and passionate about luxury craftsmanship.
• Premium luxury backgrounds are preferred
