Complex Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster

In this position, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle litigated liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims in excess of $500k. South Sioux City, NE (Corporate office) Boise, ID Knoxville, TN Bloomington, IN Arlington, TX In this position, you will: Manage complex, litigated claims files while providing exceptional customer service. Travel for mediations, settlement conferences, and trials. Up to 30% travel. Retain and direct defense counsel. Utilize your negotiation skills to maneuver claims towards resolution. Qualifications: Experience handling litigated commercial bodily injury claims. Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation competency. Knowledge of evaluating injury exposures.
