Responsibilities Verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and patient safety. Prepare and oversee sterile and/or non-sterile compounded medications. Perform final product verification prior to dispensing. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians throughout the compounding process. Maintain accurate compounding records and quality assurance documentation. Collaborate with prescribers on customized medication therapies and formulation recommendations. Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, storage, and adherence. Assist with inventory management and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Active Pharmacist license in good standing. Compounding experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
