What you’ll do We are looking for an intern/thesis student to work on a metabolic modelling project . The work can focus on model reconstruction and curation or data integration and analysis with the aim of informing metabolic engineering and process optimization strategies. There is flexibility for tailoring the project based on previous experience and interests, and depending on the length of the internship, there may be room for additional side projects or project expansions, e.g. combining the model with omics data.
