Why Join PSG? ✔ Competitive Pay: $28–$36/hour DOE ✔ Overtime Opportunities✔ Performance-Based Bonuses✔ Relocation Assistance for Qualified Candidates✔ 401(k) with Company Match✔ Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance✔ Paid Time Off & Holidays✔ Stable, Full-Time Employment✔ Advancement Opportunities What You'll Do Lead and supervise a 2–3 person commercial fence installation crew Plan and coordinate daily job site activities Install commercial fencing systems, including: Chain Link Wood Vinyl (PVC) Aluminum Ornamental & Wrought Iron Read measurements and lay out fence lines accurately Set posts, pour concrete, and complete fence installations Operate trucks, trailers, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Train and mentor crew members Communicate with customers, project managers, and company leadership throughout each project Qualifications Previous commercial fence installation experience required Prior Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Installer, or Supervisor experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience operating trucks and towing trailers CDL is a plus but not required Ability to read a tape measure and construction plans Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must pass a background check Why Perimeter Solutions Group?
