Construction Customer Success Manager - Onsite (relocation bonus provided)

Description This position is for an on-site Customer Success Manager role at a Mission Critical Project in Dholera, Gujarat, India. The candidate must be based in India AND must be willing to relocate to Dholera, India for a period of 15-months. About the Role The position is responsible for overseeing the deployment and day-to-day success of Buildots on a select few major client projects. You will guide teams through platform adoption, support site operations, and ensure our technology is effectively integrated into project workflows. This role requires strong technical acumen, client-facing skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing project performance.
