JOB TITLE: Consultant Cardiac Surgeon - UAE LOCATION: UAE EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time SECTOR: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Group ABOUT THE ROLE A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its adult cardiac surgery, valve, coronary, and advanced perioperative cardiac care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Evaluate and manage patients requiring adult cardiac surgical intervention. • Perform coronary, valve, aortic, or other cardiac procedures according to expertise and facility privileges. • Lead perioperative planning with cardiology, cardiac anaesthesia, perfusion, ICU, and rehabilitation teams. • Participate in heart team meetings, risk assessment, consent, and outcome review. • Manage postoperative recovery, complications, follow-up, and long-term care coordination. • Support quality, infection control, surgical registry, audit, and patient safety programs.
