採用のための映像やSNSコンテンツをつくったり、社員がソフトウェアを使いこなせるようになるまで伴走するトレーニング動画やデジタル施策を組み立てたり、CSR活動を映像や記事で伝えたり、そこで働く一人ひとりにインタビューをして声を拾ったり。映像はその中心にありますが、それだけにこだわりません。国家プロジェクトの一部を担うこともあれば、たったひとりの個人のブランディングを手伝うこともあります。私たちが見ているのは規模でも肩書きでも、フォーマットでもなく、「誰かのためになるかどうか」。それさえあれば、私たちはなんでもやります。

職務内容

• クライアントとのコミュニケーション、企画提案（国内外問わず）
• 制作予算・スケジュールの策定と管理
• 撮影・編集を含む、映像からSNS・デジタルコンテンツまで全工程のディレクションと品質管理
• 社内外のクリエイティブチームの統括
• 海外クライアントとの直接的なコミュニケーション
• SNS運用・デジタル施策の企画と実行
• 採用活動を後押しする映像・コンテンツの企画制作
• ソフトウェアの活用を後押しするトレーニング動画・デジタルコンテンツの制作
• CSR活動を伝えるコンテンツ制作（映像・記事など形式は問わない）
• 社員インタビューなど、組織の中で働く一人ひとりに光を当てるコンテンツ制作
• 国家プロジェクトから個人のブランディングまで、規模や領域を問わないプロジェクトへの参加

求める人物像

• 映像制作を中心とした、コンテンツ制作におけるプロデュースまたはディレクションの実務経験（SNS・デジタルコンテンツの実務経験があれば尚可）
• 日本語：ネイティブまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル必須。英語：ビジネスレベル必須。世界的な企業のお客様と直接やり取りいただくため、両言語でのコミュニケーション力が必要です。ただし重視するのは試験のスコアそのものより、言語や文化の壁を越えて相手と向き合い、伝えようとする姿勢です。
• クライアントのニーズを深く理解し、クリエイティブを最大化できる方
• 謙虚で誠実な姿勢を持ち、困難な状況でも冷静にチームを牽引できる方
• クライアントに対しては言葉を選ぶ場面があっても構いません。ただし社内では、思ったことをその場で率直に言い合える関係を大切にしています。意見や違和感は本人に直接伝える文化です。陰で不満や悪口を言うような振る舞いは求めていません。

Hiring: Full-Time Contents Producer

LOBO is looking for a highly capable full-time Contents Producer to manage client relations, project development, and execution from concept to delivery.

We started in a garage with a single DSLR. Since then, we've grown into a studio that runs projects for some of the world's leading companies in technology, consulting, and luxury — companies that together employ more than 800,000 people and generate combined revenue north of $540 billion. But growing the business was never really the point. What we're actually after is watching the people here grow — as humans, and as professionals. That's the real goal.

We make recruiting films and social content that help clients hire, training videos and digital content that help people actually use the software they've rolled out, CSR storytelling across video and written formats, and employee interviews that let the people inside these organizations speak for themselves. Video is at the center of what we do, but we don't limit ourselves to it. Some days that means working on a piece of a national government project; other days it means helping build a single person's personal brand. What matters to us isn't scale, prestige, or format — it's whether the work is for someone. If it is, we'll do it.

We also work directly with international teams across borders and time zones. We seek an individual with passion and strong execution skills to bridge the client's vision with LOBO's creative team, ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Client communication and creative proposals, both domestic and international
• Development and management of production budgets and schedules
• Directing and ensuring quality across the full production process — from shooting and editing to social and digital content
• Leading and coordinating internal and external creative teams
• Direct communication with overseas clients
• Planning and running social media and digital content initiatives
• Recruiting films and content that help clients hire
• Training videos and digital content that help employees adopt new software
• CSR content and storytelling, in video and written form
• Employee interviews and other content that puts a spotlight on the people inside an organization
• Projects ranging from national government initiatives to individual personal branding — scale and category aren't the filter

Candidate Requirements

• Proven professional experience producing or directing content — primarily video, but also social and digital formats
• Japanese: native or JLPT N1 level. English: professional business level. Both are required to work directly with our global clients — but what matters more than test scores is a genuine willingness to reach across language and cultural barriers and communicate.
• A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to maximize creative output within those parameters
• A humble and honest professional who can calmly lead the team through challenging situations
• It's fine to choose your words carefully with clients — but internally, we value people who say what they think, directly and in the moment. Raise concerns and disagreements with the person, not about them behind their back.
