CONVERSION & RETENTION AGENTS Limassol, Cyprus Our client is expanding their team in Limassol and is looking for experienced Conversion and Retention Agents to join their growing operation. Languages Required Dutch German — HIGH DEMAND / multiple teams French Spanish English Positions Conversion Agents Convert qualified leads into active clients. Build strong relationships with potential clients. Follow up with leads and guide them through the onboarding process. Meet and exceed conversion and revenue targets. Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients. Retention Agents Manage and develop relationships with existing clients. Maximize client activity, satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular follow-ups and provide ongoing support. Identify opportunities to increase client value. Consistently achieve retention and revenue targets. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the FX/Forex industry. Previous experience specifically as a Conversion or Retention Agent . Fluent spoken English plus one of the required languages. Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. Target-driven, ambitious and motivated personality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment. Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Team Structure Each desk is structured around: 2 Conversion Agents + 3 Retention Agents German-speaking teams are in particularly high demand , with the possibility of building multiple teams.
