Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose: In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the C oordinator Medical Practice – Operations , under the direction of the provider, Manager, and RN Clinical Lead, plans, organizes, and directs patient flow on a daily operational basis Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization Location: 925 N State St #250, Westerville, OH 43082 Hours: 7:30am - 4:40pm What You Will Do: Assists with patient inquiries/concerns regarding medical care, medication instructions, and prescription call-ins in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner. Interviews, evaluates, trains and supports office staff in conjunction with the Manager. Creates and maintains staffing schedules. Coordinates activities and functions of the office to ensure a smooth patient flow. Implements policies, processes, and procedures via the Manager. Demonstrates a positive customer service attitude/behavior. Recommends continuous process improvement. Reviews reports and escalates concerns to Manager. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Highschool diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred Licensure / Certification: NA Experience: T wo (2) years of practice experience required Experience in leading staff preferred. Current working knowledge of the importance of business office and clinical care area coordination.
