Oliver Behavioral Consultants , based in Thornton Colorado, is a provider of Early Intervention and clinic-based services for clients from birth through adulthood. We provide a full range of services, including Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Mental Health Support. At this time, we are looking for a licensed COTA with pediatric experience to work in outpatient and community based settings. Must have some experience with pediatrics. Responsibilities: Ensure timely documentation of daily notes and progress reports. Participate in in-service training and continuing education courses as appropriate; stay updated with team communications through email in the absence of staff meetings. Adhere to agency safety protocols and procedures. Comply with the site's HIPAA Parent Education Policies. Fulfill any additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor. Regularly convene with the team to exchange information, celebrate collective achievements, address concerns, and collaborate to support the patient's network. Support the team in establishing and achieving goals outlined by team members or the organization. Foster a culture of mutual support and positive peer interaction within the team. Assist team members in advocating for the needs of the individuals we serve, both internally and externally.
