We produce 60+ videos a month for brands across hospitality, jewellery, retail, F&B, and education. Shoots happen in multiple cities and outside it. Multiple videographers, multiple editors, multiple deadlines running in parallel. That machine needs one person running the control room. That is you.

Social Inspector is a 15-member digital marketing and creative agency based in Agartala, working with 16+ brands across Northeast India. Video is the engine of our content, and this role sits at the centre of it.

What You Will Actually Do

1. Own the shoot calendar. Plan every shoot from date lock to wrap.
2. Follow up with brand managers to confirm shoot dates, requirements, and approvals before anything becomes urgent.
3. Assign shoots to videographers based on availability, location, and project priority.
4. Brief editors with clear timelines and delivery expectations. No vague "ASAP" handovers.
5. Track every video through the pipeline: shot, in edit, in review, delivered.
6. In Depth knowledge of video editing, how storytelling , pace, story boarding of a video to be conceptualised!
7. Flag delays early. If something is slipping, we hear it from you first, not from the client.
8. Close the loop. A video is not done when the editor exports it. You own it till it is submitted, approved, and live.

You Will Do Well Here If:

1. You have 1 to 2 years in video production coordination, content operations, or similar work.
2. You follow up without being reminded. Twice.
3. You can run 5 parallel tasks without dropping one.
4. You understand how shoots and edit cycles actually work: timelines, dependencies, delays.
5. Agency experience is a bonus, not a barrier.
