MercyOne is seeking a BE/BC Critical Care Physician to join a well-established, high-performing team as a Nocturnist. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with robust specialty support while delivering advanced, patient-centered care within a growing healthcare system.

Job Opportunity Details

• Join a tight-knit team of 14 Physicians and 12 APPs
• 7/7 Schedule (7p-7a)
• No clinic responsibilities
• 24/7 APP Support
• Primary location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center - 67 ICU/CCU Beds
• Secondary location: MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center - 7 ICU Beds

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $578,340
• Recruitment incentive: $75,000
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• Annual CME allowance: $6,000
• Malpractice with tail coverage
