About SASH Adelaide
Since opening in 2021, SASH Adelaide has rapidly expanded, building a strong multidisciplinary referral service over the past four years. Our specialties include Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Surgery, Neurology, Radiology, and Critical Care, supported by Physiotherapy and a robust Emergency service. We’re also excited to welcome a Cardiologist to the team in the coming months.
Our purpose‑built hospital features a dedicated Emergency and ICU space, a full in‑house laboratory, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, digital radiography, EMG/EEG, HFNOT, and three fully equipped surgical theatres—including an interventional radiology suite with C‑arm.

The Criticalist Position
SASH Adelaide is seeking a fourth enthusiastic and dedicated Critical Care Specialist to join Dr Nicole Kalnins, Dr Morgan Woodforde, and Dr Megan Collins.
You’ll work onsite within a growing multidisciplinary hospital, while also collaborating with SASH’s extensive interstate specialist network. You will help supervise a skilled team of Emergency Veterinarians managing routine emergency cases, with 24‑hour surgical support available. MRI and CT are available onsite.
To be considered, you will:
- Value a hospital culture of inclusivity, empathy, and teamwork
- Be eligible for registration as a Veterinarian in South Australia
- Be a recognised Emergency & Critical Care Specialist (FANZCVS, ACVECC, or ECVECC Diplomate)
- OR have completed an approved ECC residency and be eligible to sit certification exams
