This is a role within the Castrol organization, and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. Shift timing : UK shift About the role: This role will handle and develop digital products at a global Castrol level, focused on the CRM and overall customer experience realm. It will identify innovative digital approaches and tools for meeting customer needs within offers and journeys. The Digital Product Manager will work in partnership with Technology and Business teams, co-develop and deploy digital products for market rollout. The Digital Product Manager acts as an interface with development team to ensure Castrol leverages existing capabilities and best practice to drive transformational change, as well as work with other Castrol global teams to integrate digital touchpoints into seamless customer journeys. Key Accountabilities: Understand external digital world - specifically new technologies, trends and applications Identify best practice, benchmarking and potential partners and collaborators for developing and implementing digital solutions Support the integration of joined-up digital touchpoints, E2E journeys and data management into the CRM Strategy Develop a Castrol digital roadmap for CRM within sales and service areas Work in partnership with development team to prioritise, co-develop and deploy digital products for market rollout Understand bp guidelines (I&E, Digital Security, GDPR), financial frameworks and processes to recommend the right approach for delivering the required solution Work with PU teams to activate, scale and manage digital touchpoints Identify the right KPIs and track delivery for MVP and for transfer to BAU organisation Work within relevant teams to ensure digital technologies are used and applied as required Act as an interface with wider technology team to ensure Castrol leverages existing capabilities and standard process and for driving transformational change Work with PU business customers across Automotive, Industrial and GME teams to integrate digital touchpoints into seamless customer journeys Hold customers accountable for aligning with digital Rules of the Game Identify opportunities to scale / consolidate / stop digital platforms within Castrol to ensure focus on fewer / better and to exploit global alignments within Castrol Note: Incumbent may be required to support multiple projects You will work with : Work with PU/Market to deploy the CRM(Salesforce) solutions and IT tools Education Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent business qualification(s) is desirable Exp erience Shown capability in digital product management or digital product ownership E2E customer experience design / management experience Offer development & Innovation experience – in particular where enabled through digital touchpoints Digital marketing/CRM experience Experience in Agile (e.g. Scrum) techniques desirable Skills & Proficiencies Development of Digital Marketing Activities: Mastery Project and Relationship Management: Mastery Generating and applying insights – Skillful Customer experience metrics – Skillful Customer journey mapping – Mastery Loyalty management – Skillful Why join our team?
