CRM Product Manager

As our CRM Product Manager , you will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end and turn CRM into a scalable, performance-driven engine — directly impacting conversion, retention, and lifetime value. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic ownership with day-to-day execution: you will design campaigns, but also build and deliver them yourself. You will work closely with Data, Design, and Tech teams, acting as the product owner of CRM — responsible for the architecture of lifecycle flows, segmentation, and triggers within our CRM platform. Responsibilities Design and implement CRM strategy focused on conversion, retention, and reactivation across the full customer lifecycle Own and continuously improve automated CRM flows (welcome, onboarding, reactivation, cross-sell) Define CRM data needs (events, attributes, signals) and partner with Product and Data teams to unlock personalisation Use customer data, segmentation, and behavioural triggers to build contextual, personalised communications Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, uplift measurement) and iterate based on results Own CRM reporting and performance tracking — open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue impact, LTV, cohort analysis Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and developers to bring campaigns to life across email, SMS, in-app, and push channels Ensure all customer communications comply with legal and regulatory requirements Maintain data quality and integrity across the CRM platform Requirements Proven experience as a CRM Product Manager or in a similar lifecycle/retention role, ideally in fintech, trading, or another regulated industry Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM and lifecycle metrics (LTV, churn, conversion rate, cohort analysis) Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and interpreting results Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail Interview steps Recruiter screen with HR (~30 minutes) Technical interview with the Line Managers (1 hour) Our benefits Excellent compensation package Medical insurance Provident fund In-house gym with a personal trainer Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages Company discount card for various products & services 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually Shuttle bus service from Limassol Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support
