Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. CSR Strategy & Governance Develop and implement a multi-year CSR strategy aligned with GE HealthCare’s purpose and South Asia priorities Establish robust governance frameworks for CSR, including Board/CSR Committee engagement Ensure full compliance with Indian Companies Act CSR provisions and applicable regulations Design processes for project selection, approval, monitoring, and reporting 2. Program Design & Execution Identify and drive high-impact CSR initiatives in focus areas such as healthcare access, education, community development, and sustainability Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, implementation partners, and government bodies Ensure programs deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes , not just spend-based compliance 3. Impact Measurement & Reporting Define KPIs and impact metrics for CSR interventions Establish systems to track outcomes, beneficiary impact, and long-term sustainability Lead preparation of: CSR reports for Board and ESG disclosures Annual statutory CSR reporting Ensure alignment with global ESG and sustainability frameworks 4. CSR Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Develop a responsible communication strategy focused on impact, transparency, and credibility (not promotional messaging) Support internal and external communication of CSR initiatives via: Website / CSR reports Employee engagement platforms Build strong relationships with: Regulators Communities NGOs and partners 5. Organizational Capability Building Set up and lead a dedicated CSR organization/operating model to enhance efficiency and oversight Drive employee volunteering programs and engagement initiatives Embed CSR into the broader enterprise risk management and governance framework 6. Financial Oversight Manage CSR budgets in line with statutory requirements Ensure appropriate utilization and treatment of unspent CSR funds Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and transparency Qualifications & Experience 12–18 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, development sector, or corporate affairs Strong understanding of Indian CSR regulations and compliance requirements Experience in designing and scaling social impact programs Proven track record of stakeholder engagement with NGOs, regulators, and communities Experience in healthcare / medical devices / ESG domains preferred Leadership Competencies Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate purpose into actionable CSR strategy Governance Orientation: Strong focus on compliance, transparency, and ethical standards Impact Mindset: Focus on outcomes, sustainability, and measurable change Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence diverse stakeholders Execution Excellence: Strong program management and operational rigor Why Join GE HealthCare?
