About Life Smoothies
Life Smoothies supplies premium frozen smoothies and beverage solutions to cafés, restaurants, hotels, schools, offices and foodservice operators across the UAE.
We are looking for an experienced, field-based Customer Account Executive to manage, retain and grow our existing customer accounts. This is a hands-on customer relationship and sales position; it does not include responsibility for managing a sales team.
The Role
You will regularly visit customers across Dubai, maintain strong relationships, support consistent ordering, reactivate inactive accounts and identify opportunities to grow sales through new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and complete regular visits to existing customers.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, managers, purchasing teams and operational staff.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, order frequency and account activity.
- Follow up on orders and encourage consistent purchasing.
- Reactivate customers who have reduced or stopped ordering.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products and increase sales within existing accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with sales, operations, logistics and other internal departments.
- Collect customer feedback and relevant market intelligence.
- Monitor competitor activity and report commercial opportunities.
- Ensure menus and promotional materials are displayed correctly where applicable.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, visit reports and follow-up schedules.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to support account growth.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for customer retention, reactivation, account growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant field sales or account-management experience.
- UAE experience in foodservice, HORECA, foodstuff trading, FMCG, beverages or hospitality supply.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of repeat-order customer accounts.
- Strong customer relationship, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially focused, organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own reliable car; both are mandatory.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate activity records.
- Experience with Odoo, Salesforce or a similar CRM is an advantage.
