Customer Care Agent (Italian speakers) | E-Commerce

On behalf of our client, a leading e-commerce platform offering a wide range of products in categories, we are looking for an Italian Customer Care Agent to join their dynamic team.

As an Italian Customer Care Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's Italian-speaking customers, providing support and assistance via email, chat and phone. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  
  
  

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Italian
• Advanced in English
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings & weekends
