Customer Service Agent -Relocation to Greece

Handle customer inquiries, orders, returns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve problems effectively and handle difficult situations with professionalism. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. Open to relocating to Greece and adapting to new cultural environments.
