Provide customer service through voice process . Assist customers with their queries in a professional and efficient manner. Work in a US Healthcare process . Requirements Excellent English communication skills . Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy . Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts as per business requirements. Willing to work with two rotational split weekly offs .
