About the role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You answer their questions, provide professional support and make sure every interaction ends in a great experience. You work closely with your colleagues to give each customer the best possible outcome.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer queries in Dutch via phone, email and chat
• Resolve issues accurately and take ownership until the case is closed
• Log interactions and keep customer records up to date
• Escalate complex cases to the right internal team and follow up
• Work with colleagues across departments to improve the customer experience

What you bring

• Fluent Dutch (native or near-native) and a good command of English
• Previous customer service experience (call centre experience is a plus)
• Face-to-face customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is equally welcome
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Willingness to relocate to Malta, or already based in Malta
