Customer Support Representative (Italian)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Process customer requests, orders, refunds, and complaints according to company procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Meet quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

• Native or C2 level Italian (written and spoken).
• B2 or higher English.
• Previous customer service or contact center experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• EU Citizenship or a valid work permit (if applicable).
