What You'll Do As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Support users with account management, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues. Deliver an outstanding customer experience while representing a premium entertainment brand. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential. EU Citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal.
