Your Role

As a Customer Account Advisor, you will provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting customers via Live Chat, email and telephone
• Assisting with customer account enquiries
• Handling questions related to betting, payments and transactions
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Providing accurate information and an excellent customer experience
• Following internal procedures and service standards
• Collaborating with an international customer service team
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent level Danish
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable communicating through chat, email and phone
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable working within the online betting and gaming industry
• Availability to work a rotational schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to relocate to Malta if not already locally based
