You'll support customers who have questions or need help with digital products and services. Your day can include: Supporting Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat Answering product and service questions Troubleshooting problems and finding practical solutions Working with CRM and ticketing systems Guiding customers through different processes Explaining information clearly and simply Building your product knowledge through ongoing training Working alongside an international team No previous technical background is required. You don't need a five-page CV. You don't need years of experience. And you definitely don't need to have your entire career figured out. We're looking for someone who: Speaks Danish fluently Has a good level of English Communicates clearly and confidently Enjoys helping people and solving problems Is comfortable learning new technology and systems Can follow processes and work independently Has a customer-focused mindset Is ready to live and work in Sofia, Bulgaria Most importantly, you're open to learning – and ready to try something new.
