What will you do?

• Provide customer support for a leading telecommunications company
• Assist customers via phone and email with account and service-related inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Troubleshoot basic account and service problems
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in every interaction
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction
• No sales responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Native-level Danish, both spoken and written
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Positive, service-minded attitude
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working with multiple systems
• Good organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Valid work permit for Cyprus if you are not an EU citizen
