What you'll be doing As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist Danish-speaking customers with their vehicle rentals and travel-related requests, helping them enjoy a smooth experience from reservation to return. Your daily responsibilities include: Assisting customers via phone and email Handling reservations, booking modifications and cancellations Providing information about vehicle rental services and travel options Resolving customer inquiries quickly and professionally Processing requests and finding the best solution for every customer Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout every interaction What we're looking for Fluent Danish and good English communication skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities A positive and solution-oriented mindset Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working in an international environment Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Why Plovdiv?
