Deal Analyst

About The Role

The Deal Analyst supports active M&A mandates by conducting deep-dive financial analysis, market research, and due diligence coordination. Positioned within our MENA expansion hub, this role will focus on cross-border deal flow between the Gulf states, Africa, and North America. You will work alongside senior advisors and AI research agents to accelerate deal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses
• Prepare confidential information memoranda and investor presentations
• Conduct industry and competitive landscape research
• Manage virtual data rooms and coordinate third-party due diligence
• Analyze potential acquisition targets and prepare screening memos
• Support buyer outreach by preparing targeted lists and communication materials
• Work with AI analytics agents to enhance valuation accuracy and speed
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years in investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
• Strong research and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Comfort with cross-cultural, remote-first team environments

• +CFA Level I or II candidate

Compensation

Base salary of $60,000–$90,000 USD (or AED equivalent) with performance-based bonus. Success-fee participation on deals you directly support. Relocation stipend available for candidates moving to Dubai.
