What You'll Do Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately Help patients understand their treatment options and next steps Guide patients through scheduling and treatment coordination Assist with financial discussions and payment arrangements Build trust and long-term relationships with patients Manage patient schedules and treatment follow-up Support front office operations and patient communications Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to deliver an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For Treatment Coordinator experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial arrangements Patient-focused with a warm, compassionate approach Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Someone who values a supportive culture and wants to contribute to it Compensation & Perks $28–$40 per hour , based on experience Potential signing bonus for the right candidate Potential relocation assistance for qualified candidates moving to New York Opportunity to join a respected, high-end practice with a loyal patient base Supportive team environment where people genuinely enjoy working together Schedule Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM Thursday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM Why This Opportunity Is Different Many practices talk about culture. Knowledge of Dentrix and experience as Dental Front desk. Experience in high-end customer service in General Dental or Prosthodontics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically, with clinical knowledge. Comfortable discussing financial options with patients. Offering $28-$40 per hour 401k Paid holidays, sick days and vacation time.
