With strong patient demand, approximately 30 new patients per clinician entering the practice each month, and current utilisation around 90%, clinicians are well positioned to establish and maintain a busy schedule. Practice Facilities & Technology: 3-chair practice New CBCT imaging Trios intraoral scanner Modern equipment supporting general, orthodontic, and implant treatments Fully digital workflows Team & Culture: Experienced team including 3 Dentists, 5 Dental Assistants, 1 Practice Manager and 2 Receptionists Collaborative, stable and supportive team environment We are eager to welcome an experienced Dentist to join the team on a part-time basis , working Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays . With a broad scope of clinical work available, you'll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of treatments, including general dentistry, restorative care, orthodontics, prosthodontics including implants, surgical and cosmetic dentistry (not limited to). You'll provide comprehensive dental care while building lasting patient relationships and continuing the high standard of care the practice is known for. Minimum 3+ years' experience in general dentistry Implant dentistry experience will be highly regarded AHPRA Registration & Indemnity Insurance: Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance or be eligible to obtain Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with patients and support staff Patient Care: A patient-first, ethical approach to dentistry Backed by Abano Healthcare Kite St Dental is proudly supported by Abano Healthcare, Australasia’s largest Dental Support Organisation.
