Role Overview: An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive dental services, collaborating with hygienists and assistants, participating in team huddles, and promoting a positive community image.

Key Duties

• Providing patient-centered dental treatments using advanced technology such as digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Supporting community outreach and fostering positive patient experiences.
• Maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid dental license.
• Current CPR and DEA certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in some states.
• Compassionate with a strong desire to serve both children and adults.
