Role: Associate Dentist
Responsibilities: Provide dental services to patients, primarily children and some adults, using advanced tools such as digital x-ray and fiber-optic handpieces. Support team collaboration through morning huddles, patient care, and promoting a positive community presence. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols. Manage an office flow with an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, utilizing practice management software.
Qualifications & Skills: DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid dental license, CPR/DEA certifications, and Nitrous Oxide certification where applicable. Must have compassion and a desire to serve diverse patient populations.
