Role Overview

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate environment. You will work with a skilled team supporting your practice and use advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Your responsibilities include delivering clinical treatments, participating in team activities like morning huddles, and promoting a positive community image.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental services to patients.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and team members to ensure efficient patient care.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to safety and compliance standards including OSHA and HIPAA.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, patient-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork and community engagement.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited program.
• Valid dental license for practicing in applicable states or eligibility for licensure.
• Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and optionally Nitrous Oxide.
• Strong desire to serve both children and adults with compassion.
