Qualifications include a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, a valid dental license, and certifications such as CPR and DEA. Additional certifications like Nitrous Oxide are preferred in certain states. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and a strong desire to serve patients of all ages.
