Role Overview:

An

Associate Dentist

provides high-quality dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive team environment. They utilize advanced tools such as digital x-rays, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces, and participate in team activities like morning huddles to promote collaboration and positive patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive dental services supported by a skilled team
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols
• Contribute to community engagement and promote a positive image of the practice
• Work with a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults
• Manage an office flow with 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications
• Nitrous Oxide certification preferred (for certain states)
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and dedicated to patient care
