Deployment strategist

We are partnering with a YC-backed, fully profitable Voice AI startup that is completely rewriting the rules of enterprise customer experience. They have experienced unprecedented growth—scaling their ARR by over 15x in the last 18 months, reaching a unicorn valuation, and actively deploying autonomous AI agents for Fortune 500 airlines, national healthcare conglomerates, and global tech hardware giants.

The Role: Deployment Strategist This is a highly strategic, quantitative, and customer-facing role for operators who thrive at the intersection of complex technology, product implementation, and commercial execution. You will not just be managing accounts; you will be redesigning Fortune 500 business processes around cutting-edge LLMs.

What You Will Actually Do:

• End-to-End Execution: Lead complex enterprise deployments from initial discovery and business-case ROI modeling all the way through to production launch.
• Workflow Architecture: Act as a trusted advisor to executives, translating their operational bottlenecks into scalable, AI-powered conversational workflows.
• Technical Unblocking: Navigate technical conversations, APIs, and systems integrations, acting as the bridge between the client and internal Engineering/Product teams.
• Product Shaping: Use frontline data and deployment bottlenecks to dictate the future product roadmap of the platform.

The Profile We Need: You must fall into one of the following three categories, with 2 to 8 years of total experience:

1. Top-Tier Consulting: 2+ years at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
2. Product Management: 2+ years of PM experience at a top-tier B2B/Enterprise SaaS or AI company.
3. Technical Client-Facing: 2+ years in Analytics Consulting, M&A Analytics, Investment Banking, or Forward Deployed Engineering with a STEM degree.

Note: You must possess a US Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and demonstrate extreme proficiency with data, logical thinking, and high-stakes stakeholder management.

The Package & Logistics:

• Compensation: $170,000 – $260,000 Base + Equity.
• The Perks: 100% healthcare coverage, $70/day food delivery credit, $200/month wellness, $300/month commuter, and full tech/phone reimbursements.
• Visas: Full sponsorship is on the table for elite talent (H1B, TN, L-1, E-3, F-1 OPT/CPT).
• Location & Relocation (Mandatory): This role requires heavy client travel. You must be open to relocating to either the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City. Regardless of your final hub, you will spend your first month onboarding alongside the executive team at HQ in San Francisco.
